PairAnything to Speak at Breathless Sparkling Wines Women’s History Month Celebration

PairAnything is proud to announce that Founder & CEO Christy Serrato will be a featured speaker at the Women’s History Celebration Sundays series hosted by Breathless Sparkling Wines in Healdsburg, California.

The March luncheon series honors Women’s History Month with weekly sparkling wine garden gatherings spotlighting women leaders across wine, technology, arts, and community impact. On Sunday, March 15, Serrato will present on how AI-powered wine pairing and personalization technology is transforming tasting rooms, retail engagement, and consumer discovery.

Guests attending the March 15 event will also be able to experience the PairAnything Wine Recommender Quiz, an interactive tool to discover the portfolio of Breathless sparkling wines, along with food pairing recommendations to elevate their enjoyment.

The event begins with a welcome glass of Blanc de Blancs, followed by a family-style luncheon paired with three additional sparkling wines from the winery’s Classic, Signature, and Vintage collections, such as Blanc de Noirs, Brut Rosé, and a vintage single-vineyard Robledo Vineyard Blanc de Noirs. The shared menu features petite open-faced sandwiches, avocado toast, smoked salmon, fresh seasonal salads, and concludes with French macarons and handcrafted chocolates.

Aligned with the 2026 theme from the National Women’s History Alliance, “Leading the Change: Women Shaping a Sustainable Future,” the series celebrates women advancing innovation and long-term impact.
